Congratulations, You’ve Made An Intelligent Decision Investing In EFT And Tapping For Health Coaches.

Dear Health Coach,

You’ve made a wise choice and investment in your career and life.

Your login information to the program will arrive in your email inbox in the next few moments.

Please read the rest of this page in the meantime.

In addition to having the transformational skills of EFT and Tapping, there is another important skill that many coaches are missing.

This unique skill is known to few coaches… but for those who do understand it and use it with their clients, they see far more success, and their businesses also blossom.

HAVE YOU HEARD OF COACHING PSYCHOLOGY?

Coaching Psychology gives you incredible proven tools for kick-starting change within your clients -- quickly, pleasantly and permanently.

Most people know what they’re “supposed to eat” and do. Yet most don’t.

Even when their health breaks down, people keep on making poor choices over and over again. Despite knowing these choices result in lower quality of life, less energy and possibly disease.

Here are some statistics that illustrate the state of America’s health, despite an ocean of wisdom available to people:

  • Only 1 in 20 adults engage in all of the top six behaviors that will support their health, which include: regular exercise, a reasonable intake of fats, at least five servings of fruits and vegetables daily, moderate alcohol consumption, abstinence from smoking, and maintaining a healthy weight (Shelly & Church, 2008).
  • Research shows that the average woman loses her body weight 9.1 times in the course of her lifetime and will go on an average of 15 different diets (Hsu, 2012; Russell, 2014).
  • At any given time, about 60% of the population is dieting. A meta-analysis of long-term studies of weight loss shows that two years after completing a diet, most dieters have regained all the weight they lost and more (Mann et al., 2007). So when people enter a weight loss program, they have this track record of repeated failure.

These statistics show me something very important: health coaches and nutritionists are more important and valuable than ever. However, information, knowledge, and plans are not enough.

The world needs effective coaches that give their clients the right tools.

Coaching Psychology gives you the keys you need to unlock your clients hidden potential.

You could call it “How To Create Highly Effective Change” because that’s what it is.

IN THIS ARTICLE, I’M GOING TO SHARE THE…

13 STEPS TO BEING A GREAT COACH THAT WILL CHANGE YOUR
CAREER FOREVER.

First, a few words on what coaching is NOT. Coaching isn’t just playing the expert.

Coaching is not just about sharing expertise. That might sound like a surprising statement. After all, a health coach is obviously an expert in health. A fitness coach probably knows a lot about personal exercise routines and eating right.

The reason is that any change that comes from within the client has far more power and impact than change that comes from outside the client.

Knowledge that we have pursued, uncovered, and discovered deep inside ourselves usually has far more impact on us than insights handed to us by an outside expert. Good coaching involves excellent listening.

HOW TO GET YOUR CLIENT’S MINDS INTO AN OPTIMAL STATE

Coaching Psychology uses changes in the state of brain and mind to alter behavior. It makes clients aware of triggers, conscious and unconscious, that sabotage their success.

It stops dysfunctional beliefs and behaviors. It counters old conditioned responses, even when they have been solidified by a lifetime of practice.

It triggers the brain to form new and long-lasting healthy patterns.

It frees clients from their limitations, helps them set clear and exciting future goals, and empowers them by providing the resources to attain them. They will have the tools to SUSTAIN their results for the rest of their lives.

You’re going to discover the best approach for every type of client, from: the unmotivated to the super achievers.

Thanks to my friend, Dawson Church and his Coaching Psychology expertise, I’ve done a complete 180 degree turnaround in how I work with my clients. And the results have blown my mind and transformed the lives of my clients.

Not only do the health problems vanish... the emotional sting of those events disappear too.

Because of this, people can heal their relationships with loved ones. Grudges and resentments melt away. Seeing all of this happen made me committed to spreading the power of this method myself.

For the past 40 years, Dawson’s passion has been helping people eliminate the unnecessary physical and emotional blocks that prevent them from reaching their full potential. For his entire career, he’s been driven to understand the science behind energy work.

He’s been involved in over 100 scientific studies on energy healing that have been published in prestigious
peer-reviewed medical and psychology journals.

He coordinated with researchers at prestigious universities such as Harvard Medical School, Columbia University, Washington University, California Pacific Medical Center and many more.

His best-known book is called The Genie in Your Genes, has won several awards and is used as a textbook in a number of college courses.

He’s also been privileged to collaborate with many of the top people in the field of personal transformation, including: John Gray, Jack Canfield, Donna Eden, Bruce Lipton, Caroline Myss, Robert Kiyosaki, Christiane Northrup, Neale Donald Walsch, and Marci Shimoff.

In the past few years, he’s trained over 5,000 people. That would be “a lot” for almost anybody, but his vision is to help 10 million people relieve their suffering.

That’s why he wants to help health coaches & nutritionists like yourself learn these amazing techniques, so you help your clients finally break the chains of the past.

MASTER THE ART OF COACHING WITH...

THE 13 STEPS TO BECOMING A
POWERFUL INFLUENTIAL HEALTH COACH

Master these 13 core coaching skills and you'll be ahead of 95% of the other health coaches out there.

You’re going to get a potent system for deep, lasting change based on 25 years of research. It’s been proven highly effective against even the toughest challenges like smoking and weight loss.

Keep reading to discover what you’re gonna learn from this masterclass:

MODULE 1:

THE BIOLOGY OF PERSONAL TRANSFORMATION

Personal transformation and biology cannot be separated. Your client’s physiology and neurobiology is a key part of deep, lasting change.

In this module, you’ll discover…

  • How Harold, a client of Dawson’s, experienced an 83% improvement in hearing through the use of Coaching Psychology techniques.
  • How EEG readings (brain scans) change when Coaching Psychology is used with clients.
  • How Coaching Psychology can change levels of cortisol (the primary stress hormone in the body), resting heart rate, and other biological markers.

MODULE 2:

THE BASICS OF COACHING PSYCHOLOGY

What is the goal of Coaching Psychology? The coach helps the client achieve a higher level of physical and mental well-being.

The coach assists the client both through modeling good practices and by engaging the client in conversations. Although analyzing problems and advising is part of coaching, coaches are usually thought of as co-creative partners in a client’s journey.

In this module you’ll discover everything you need to know about what real coaching is at the elite level.

Here’s a tiny taste of what you’re going to learn…

  • The successful coaching process Dawson has used for over 30 years to bring success to his clients. This process has helped him build a coaching practice that attracts clients effortlessly.
  • The surprising reasons why clients seek out coaching.
  • How to use “Modeling” as a coach, which has been shown to improve outcomes in a meta-analysis of 117 studies by Taylor, Russ-Eft, & Chan, 2005.

MODULE 3:

HOW COACHING USES THE MIND
TO CHANGE THE BRAIN

However, few people have the understanding to use this marvelous tool to their full potential.

The human brain is a remarkable instrument. It’s the product of millions of years of evolutionary development and they are able to do truly amazing things.

They remain trapped in self-limiting beliefs and self-defeating behaviors. Despite having all the tools to have a healthy life, they are unable to break out of their old conditioned bad habits.

Coaching Psychology is designed to help clients break free of these limitations once and for all.

In this module you’ll see how you can influence the brain wave states within yourself and your clients.

MODULE 4:

11 COACHING COMPETENCIES THAT TRANSFORM YOUR CLIENTS

Coaching is defined in many ways in various books and publications. The common factor in all those definitions is relationship.

Coaches that are skilled at building relationships build clients for life and get the most word of mouth business by far.

In this module you’re going to discover the 11 core coaching competencies as set out by the International Coaching Federation (IFC):

  • Meeting Ethical Guidelines and Professional Standards
  • Establishing the Coaching Agreement
  • Establishing Trust and Intimacy with the Client
  • Coaching Presence
  • Active Listening
  • Powerful Questioning
  • Direct Communication
  • Creating Awareness
  • Designing Actions
  • Planning and Goal Setting
  • Managing Progress and Accountability

MODULE 5:

STAGES OF CHANGE

It’s helpful for coaches to know what stage clients are in regarding the behavior they are seeking to change.

Some clients are tough skeptics that need to be nurtured. When clients feel pressured it leads to a breakdown in coach-client rapport and trust. Others are ready to shout off the roof tops and tell the world about their journey.

In this module you’ll discover the 5 Stages of Change that your clients experience as you help them with their personal transformation. There are 10 processes that need to take place if change is to occur, as identified by Dr. DiClemente, an expert in behavioral psychology.

These don’t need to happen in order, but all 10 need to have occurred or be present in order for the change to become sustainable and long-lasting.

In this module, you’ll discover…

  • We’ll show you how to identify where your clients are… and how to smoothly guide your clients though the 5 Stages of Change. Each stage requires unique strategies. Mastering this process will double your success rate.
  • The 4 steps for preparing your client to change. Each one of these increases their odds of success -- when you stack them their success is almost guaranteed.
  • Why you MUST connect with your clients EMOTIONALLY before you can motivate them to change. If you only approach them on an intellectual level -- it won't have enough power to inspire and lead them.

MODULE 6:

HOW TO USE APPRECIATIVE INQUIRY IN YOUR COACHING PRACTICE

Stated simply, Appreciative Inquiry (AI) is a method for managing change that emphasizes the strengths rather than the weaknesses of your client.

I know I was guilty of highlighting weaknesses in the past.

You’ll become familiar with this method developed by David Cooper Rider, PhD, which has been used extensively for transforming thousands of lives.

One of the advantages to understanding Appreciative Inquiry is being able to coach groups as well as individuals. It’s an awesome tool if you’re doing group trainings, classes and seminars.

In this module, you’re going to learn:

  • Should you open up and share your struggles and challenges with your clients? We address this important question in depth.
  • Are you "working harder" than your clients when coaching them? If so, you're making a BIG mistake. We'll show you how to reverse this and become far more effective.
  • PRO TIP: Avoid asking "close-ended questions". Instead ask "open-ended questions" that encourage your client to open up. There are 2 key words that you should start most of your questions with to keep you on track.
  • BE CAREFUL: some questions can easily be perceived as "judgmental". As soon as any of your clients feel for a split second that you MIGHT be judgmental, they will SHUT DOWN. We'll explain how to avoid this common mistake.

MODULE 7:

NONVIOLENT COMMUNICATION AND MOTIVATIONAL INTERVIEWING

“Violent communication” doesn’t mean the coach is screaming or abusing the client.

There are a lot of words that coaches use that are considered “violent communication”. I know I used to use these words all the time. These words include: should, need, always, never and a lot more.

Nonviolent Communication (NVC) is a method for communication and conflict resolution developed by clinical psychologist Marshall B. Rosenberg, PhD. She sums it up as...

“Nonviolent Communication is “a way of communicating that leads us to give from the heart.”

As a coach, learning NVC will increase your empathy for your clients, which is an essential ingredient in establishing rapport and building a relationship based on trust. NVC will also help you communicate clearly and cleanly in your coaching sessions and, in fact, in every area of your life.

Motivational Interviewing is “a collaborative conversation style for strengthening a person’s own motivation and commitment to change”

In this module, you’ll discover…

  • One of the keys to coaching mastery is to balance the "doing skills" with the "being skills". We'll show you how to achieve that perfect balance so that your clients feel like you really care.
  • How to avoid common mistakes like "analyzing the root cause", "solving their problems" and "educating" them. This is NOT what great coaching is about.
  • WARNING: Please avoid dropping the 3 "negative emotional bombs" that will repel your clients and make them "shut down". Lots of coaches use these because they believe in “tough love” and it destroys any hope of a long lasting connection. Inside this module, you’ll learn how to avoid this common mistake.
  • One of the most important coaching abilities you’re about to learn is "Change Talk". It allows the client to see their own thoughts and help them perceive it differently.
  • Want to help clients see their weaknesses? Then use double-sided reflections. It’s an non-confrontive way to help clients see their own limitations.

MODULE 8:

SELF-ESTEEM, SELF-CONFIDENCE, AND SELF-EFFICACY

In this module you’ll discover 3 interconnected concepts that have a major impact on clients: self-esteem, self-confidence, and self-efficacy.

We will explore each and how they interact to create balanced, fulfilled clients who actively participate in their own success.

In a perfect world, the 3 of them work together, but they don’t necessarily always coexist. Someone can have self-esteem but not be particularly confident in a new task, such as starting a new career.

Understanding these 3 key concepts at a much deeper level (and how to work with them) is critical to becoming a world-class health coach.

In this module, you’re going to discover:

  • How and when to use "Positive Reframing" to help clients change their perception. This is VITAL when your clients are struggling.
  • Discover how to "Champion Your Clients" at all times. This will keep them energized, motivated and driven. You'll learn 3 things you should do EVERY session to maximize their positivity.

MODULE 9:

PROPERLY USING ASSESSMENTS

“Mommy, are we there yet?” kids ask all the time on a road trip. “Coach, how close am I to my goal?” is a common question on our client’s minds.

Unless you’re measuring progress, the best answer you can provide is a guess.

There are many assessments available. In this module you’ll see how to choose the best assessments for measuring your client’s progress.

We will give you several proven evaluation tools that you can use for knowing your clients better than they know themselves. These tools make it easy for you to understand and connect with every new client and build a solid road map for success.

MODULE 10:

VISIONING AND GOAL SETTING

One of the primary functions of a coach is to help clients formulate and refine their vision of how they would like their future to be.

It is your job as a coach to aid your clients in voicing their dreams in detail, in removing limiting beliefs and other obstacles to achieving that vision, and in defining specific goals that are the steps to bringing their vision of the future into reality.

In this module, you’re going to learn:

  • How to build compelling visions that motivate and inspire your clients. This is a key part of the initial phase of your relationship. Our 14 step formula is one of the strongest ways to build impactful visions.
  • Discover the difference between vision and goals… good goals and bad goals… Behavioural goals and desired outcomes… And how to use all of them to create an unstoppable motivational drive inside your clients.

MODULE 11:

SET POINTS AND BREAKTHROUGHS

One of the biggest challenges our clients face are set points. As health coaches, we’re very familiar with bodyfat and weight set points. However that’s only the tip of the iceberg.

There are also mental, emotional and hormonal set points in our bodies. Your internal set point system is similar to the preset radio stations in your car. Maybe you love listening to the comedy station or the top 40 hits, so you push a button to make your default settings the “latest hits” station. Our brains and emotions work the same way.

Research has demonstrated that we have a wide variety of set points in our brains, bodies, and behaviors. We even have set points for happiness and anger (Cummins, Li, Wooden, & Stokes, 2014; Headey, 2008; Ormel, Riese, & Rosmalen, 2012).

Our weight is governed by a whole series of hormonal set points. When we’re hungry, our bodies release a hormone called ghrelin, which increases appetite. When our stomachs are full, our fat cells secrete leptin, another hormone, that signals our brain that it’s time to stop eating.

The size of our stomachs creates another set point. When a person regularly overeats, their stomach stretches to accommodate the extra food. Once stretched out, it requires more food to fill, and delays the onset of the hormonal signaling system that signals satiety. There’s also stress set points.

Take A Load Off Your Client’s Back

As a health coach, your knowledge of set points gives you great leverage to help people change. You can teach them that their set points aren’t just physical. They’re also behavioral, neurological and hormonal as well.

This removes a lot of the weight off your client’s back. Your clients no longer need to feel ashamed or self-critical. They come to understand that they aren’t bad people with character defects and that their failure to change in the past is not due to a lack of willpower.

They usually find it very reassuring to know that their stubbornly resistant dysfunctional behavior patterns are simply the result of manipulative set points, and that those set points can be changed.

It opens up a whole new level of conversation in the coaching encounter and an expanded field of possibilities for the client. Then, they can begin to observe what triggers those set points. Finally, they can start to modifying their set points.

In this module, you’ll discover…

  • During times of high stress, people tend to revert to their old behaviors. Even if we have made positive progress, we often revert to old unwanted behaviors under stress. Discover new tools that can help your clients release their stress when they hit a set point.
  • How to use proven tools like: meditation, visualization, affirmation, breathwork, Emotional Freedom Techniques, and tapping to change your clients’ set points.

MODULE 12:

THE STRUCTURE OF COACHING SESSIONS

For your first session with clients, there are 12 steps to what can be referred to as “The Perfect First Session”.

It’s important to know what these are, and to follow them properly. This will ensure that you build a healthy rapport with your clients from the beginning of the relationship.

After your first session, all remaining sessions should follow an 8 step process to continue moving your client forward in the direction of their vision and goals.

You’ll discover…

  • You're going to love the 4 step mindfulness ritual that you should do in the beginning of EVERY coaching session. It instantly puts you "in the zone". Best of all, it only takes 30 seconds.
  • How to welcome people in their first session and set them up for success.
  • How to easily establish trust and rapport with a potential client right off the bat. This is the key to closing more deals and keep them coming back and have them talk to their friends about you.
  • How to use the "Decisional Balance" process when you start working with a new client. It really helps their minds "buy into the process" especially the skeptical ones.
  • Checklists to make sure you hit all the key points including: how you begin a new relationship, how to begin a session and how to end each session.

MODULE 13:

PEAK STATES AND THRIVING

Have you ever felt in “the zone”? That state in which everything seems to flow perfectly. This state of flow occurs when people have learned to break through limiting set points, regulate their emotions, adopt positive mental states, and choose happiness routinely.

In this transcendent state, consciousness of the self disappears, time seems to slow down, problems are perceived with clarity and focus, and engagement with tasks is effortlessly maintained. You feel at one with the nature, people, yourself, and your task.

The state of flow is the ultimate goal of a successful, long-term coaching relationship. You can train your clients to induce this state at will. They learn the practices that enable them to enter that state at the start of every day, living their lives in the state of flow.

You’ll discover…

  • A unique kind of meditation that shifts your clients into peak states.
  • How to use the “non local mind” when coaching your clients.
  • How to help your clients “train their minds into happiness” -- which will help them achieve results faster.

IF YOU'RE STILL READING UP TO THIS POINT,
THEN I'M SURE WE CAN BOTH AGREE
